Friday Arts Lab: Connections Around the World

Grades: 3-5

Jan 14, 28 | Feb 11 | Mar 4, 18 | Apr 1, 22 | May 6, 20 | June 3 | 1:45-3:45 pm (*classes in March will begin at 12:45 pm and will last 3 hrs each)

Tuition: $340 General | $325 Member (includes $70 materials/snack fee)

Explore your personal narrative and authentic self through drawing, comic book making, and life-sized self-portraits! Use your imagination as you practice drawing, painting, writing and constructing from a wild variety of recycled materials. Students will have the chance to participate in a large-scale outdoor performance on June 18.

VCA’s Friday Arts Lab series provides enriching, creative activities on Chautauqua Professional Development Days (PDD). Students take the bus to VCA after school on PDD early release days and pick up is at 3:45 pm. Materials fee includes snack and art supplies. Friday Arts Lab is open to homeschoolers as well.
