This advanced class, open to level V and above, includes a full body warm up with combos standing, upside-down, and on the ground followed by phrase work and some feel-good across the floor progressions. Explore the details of timing, floor-work, inversions, and a powerful grounded center. The class will perform in our annual Original Works production (performance fee included).
