Location: Upstairs Studio at the Blue Heron Education Center

Flamenco is a bold, expressive Spanish dance form, and we are excited to offer 2 workshops to our island community! While home from touring the world as a Flamenco artist, Savannah Fuentes will offer a 1-hour class for kids followed by a 2-hour workshop for adults. Her holistic approach includes footwork, upper body technique as well as Flamenco rhythms, palmas (clapping), and characteristics of Flamenco music and vocals.
